- Through an individual’s employer (the “Customer”), Bonusly collects the following information to facilitate the delivery of employee recognition and rewards as a service. In order to provide services paid for by the Customer, Bonusly collects: First Name, Last Name, and Work Email. For certain services, such as work anniversary recognition and birthday recognition, Bonusly optionally collects, at the discretion of the Customer: Hire Date, Month and Day of Birth (Year of birth is not collected). This information is subsequently shared in limited scope(s) with certain subprocessors whose services are necessary to deliver these services to the Customer. The updated list of subprocessors and their provided services is available anytime at bonusly.com/security.
