- Scope
- Dynamic Signal ("DySi") is a cloud-based employee communication and engagement platform, hosted and operated by DySi, that enables entities to communicate with their employees and/or other individuals authorized by the entity via a mobile application or a website platform. To use the DySi service, DySi collects a user’s name, email, and language preference. Entities post content related to their organization and users can comment on those posts. If a user chooses to share posts on their social networking sites then some information related to their social network may be collected, including user name and related analytics. Only users authorized by entities are able to participate in an entity’s unique instance of the service. There is also a publicly available instance of the service called DySi Open, which is used for marketing purposes and requires registration and agreement to terms of use. DySi will collect and maintain data related to usage, including content, browser data, IP address, pages requested, and other transactional data. Accordingly, DySi partners with sub-processors to push data, to store data, and for analytics. When prospective customers (and others) visit DySi's website, DySi will collect information concerning the visitors’s browser, IP address and the pages requested. DySi also collects business contact information used for general marketing purposes.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Dynamic Signal GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
