- Flock Group Inc ("Flock") collects data from website users when they register for marketing materials or events, request product demos, or otherwise contact the company for information. The information typically collected includes name, email, company name, and contact number. Additionally, Flock collects information from users interacting with the website, such as IP address, browser type, language, location, operating system, and browsing behavior. This information helps Flock analyze how the website is used, improve services, and maintain security. Our organization does not disclose personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework to third parties for their own independent purposes. We may disclose such personal data to authorized service providers and subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf, solely as necessary to support the provision, operation, security, and administration of our products and services. These service providers and subprocessors may include, for example, providers of cloud hosting and infrastructure, technical support, security, and other operational services. They are contractually required to process personal data only for specified purposes and to maintain protections consistent with our obligations under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applicable data protection law. We maintain a current list of our subprocessors and would be happy to provide that list upon request.

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
