- Consumers are overwhelmed by messages in their daily lives. So much so that even legitimate customer communications companies whose products or services we consume can be lost in the noise, or unintentionally blocked by automated spam filters. Modern customer engagement requires personalization based on data which makes communications relevant. Companies (Data Controllers), send Leanplum (Data Processor) information about user (Data Subject) application events (e.g. just arrived at Singapore airport), attributes (e.g. adult), and preferences (e.g. luxury vehicles) to automate the discovery and provision of relevant customer engagement opportunities. As an example, one of Leanplum’s many ride-sharing customers could create an engagement campaign that automatically recognizes when one of their customers arrives at Singapore airport when the mobile application session resumes and automatically offers a ride to their hotel with an available luxury vehicle. We receive personal information from: - our customers - publishers/operators of mobile applications - the mobile users of our customers - consumers using mobile applications We allow all our customers and their mobile users: - access to the personal information we store about them by emailing us at [email protected] and requesting it - updates of the personally identifiable information we store about them by emailing us at [email protected] and requesting it - deletion of the personally identifiable information we store about them by emailing us at [email protected] and requesting it We have implemented internal procedures for securing prompt reaction and diligent handling of personal information requests from our customers and their mobile users. Our commercial contracts do NOT allow us to resell or provide personally identifiable information to 3rd parties - we can only do that with aggregated data in an anonymized form. Personal Data Covered: Automatic collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, combination, retrieval, and use of client and user data. No manually processed data.
