- GP Strategies is a U.S. headquartered corporation, with subsidiaries worldwide, that provides talent transformation services to its clients by providing design, development and delivery of training, learning management systems, related leadership training and consulting, and administrative support services for training courses, services and systems. In our training activities we may be contractually required to collect client employee, client vendor and client customer personal data. To support delivery of services, GP Strategies may use third parties, including small to large training providers or supporting technology systems. In the conduct of Company business GP Strategies also collects employee personal data The majority of GP employee data is used in support of central administrative processing for employee payroll and benefits administration, for example: to record employee taxes, provide human resources benefits, travel expense or tuition reimbursements and payroll processing. In some regions GP uses third parties to support data processing for internal employee services such as payroll processing. The privacy data collected from locations around the world for these purposes may be transferred to locations in the U.S. for processing and/or storage. In addition, GP Strategies may leverage supporting technologies to provide services to its employees, for example, in its learning management systems (LMS), performance enablement systems as well as IT, legal and HR ticketing systems. GP Strategies may collect personal data about interested parties in its marketing contact files for legitimate business purposes. We also collect limited categories of personal data for temporary periods from individuals that visit our web and social media sites.

LTG does not own or control any of the information it processes on behalf of its customers. Such information is owned and controlled by the customer, and LTG receives such information merely as a processor on the customer's behalf. We use such data only as authorized in our subscription agreements with such customers and in accordance with applicable law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own user logins.
