- Scope
- NinjaOne processes the personal data for which we act as our customer’s “processor” within the meaning of EU, UK, and Swiss law to provide our services to the customer. Our core service allows security and IT professionals to administer and protect the end-user devices within an organization’s network. This is either our customer’s own network, or the network of an organization to which our customer provides IT or security services. For that reason, the personal data we process consists mainly of usernames of the organization’s end users and technical details regarding their devices. We also offer a backup solution that could hold any kind of personal data. We use and disclose the personal data to provide these services to the relevant customer. Selected NinjaOne subcontractors receive access to the personal data, as does our customer. For further details, please see our Privacy Notice.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is NinjaOne GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
