- Ninth Brain Suite provides an application designed to assist customers in a better, quicker, safer and more accurate way to manage compliance and meet regulatory requirements for the healthcare industry. We collect personal data from visitors of our website and other prospective customers as well as from our customer's users in the course of doing business. We may disclose personal data to third parties, including to our vendors working on our behalf, where required by law and in the course of a corporate reorganization, sale, merger, or similar event. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for further information. Ninth Brain Suite provides online tools that our customers use to communicate with and manage their staff. These tools include credentialing, employee health, quality improvement, crew scheduling, and online education. In providing these tools, Ninth Brain Suite processes data our customers submit to our services or instruct us to process on their behalves. While Ninth Brain Suite's customers decided what data to submit, it typically includes information about their employees and business associates they work with. Ninth Brain Suite uses a limited number of subprocessors to assist us in providing our services to customers. These third-party providers offer things such as application performance monitoring, error logging, delivery of online education, and provide data storage services. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in course of providing their services. Ninth Brain Suite maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use, and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Data Privacy Framework obligations. All data submitted to Ninth Brain Suite is done so at the discretion of the client/customer. Client/customers can use the system in any way that they see fit and that works best for their organization. At a bare minimum, clients must have a Name and Email address to create an account. Beyond that, the system is completely customizable to meet their needs. The list of Subprocessors above should provide details on the different tools/services Ninth Brain Suite uses to meet the obligations of our clients.
