- PartnerStack inc. provides Partnership relationships tools and a platform (‘Services’) so that our customers can manage and work with business partners to grow their business. In providing these Services, PartnerStack collects and processes Names, Emails, and other content such as IP addresses our customers (each, a ‘Customer’) submit to the Services or instruct us to process on their behalves in connection with the Services ('Customer Data'). Customer Data will be used by PartnerStack in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in its agreement with Customer and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. PartnerStack is both a processor of Customer data and as well as a controller (dependent upon context). PartnerStack Customers may use the service to access, modify, export, share and remove Customer Data from the service. As set forth in our privacy policy, PartnerStack also collects other information that may include personal data, such as account creation data, usage information and cookie information, and uses this information in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our Services, Websites and business.
