- Public Notice - Non HR-Data - PCI Pal provides secure cloud based telephony applications and services for companies in the US and EEA to support their call centers PCI DSS compliance and protection of their customers sensitive credit card data. Typically, data processed will be personal (name, phone number, address, IP, email address) and in some cases sensitive (Trade union membership or individual specific including identifying numbers (such as Social Security Number or Credit Card number) depending on the individual data controller requirements. Internal Notice - HR Data - PCI Pal receives or processes human resources data including personal (name, phone number, address, IP, email address) and in some cases sensitive from the EU for use in the context of the employment relationship under Privacy Shield.
