- Reflektive provides a modern cloud-based software-as-a-service performance management platform for businesses (the “Services”). The Services are delivered to customers through a web portal accessible in modern browsers and mobile applications, and are designed to be used by Reflektive's customers’ employees, managers, and human resources administrators to measure and manage workforce performance throughout the year with tools such as real-time feedback, goal management, performance check-ins, and performance reviews. Users (employees of Reflektive's customers) log into the Services to set goals, track progress on goals set, give feedback to coworkers, complete self-assessments and performance reviews, and view organization-wide recognition, among other things, within such user’s organization. Reflektive may collect Personal Information within the scope of the Services for a user’s profile and account, including a user’s name, date of birth, job title, work email address, office location, office phone number, department or group, manager’s name, a unique identifier, employment dates, profile picture, username and password. Reflektive does not intentionally collect, and requests that users do not provide, Sensitive Personal Information. Reflektive will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party. Except as described in the Privacy Policy or such applicable agreement between Reflektive and the applicable customer, Reflektive does not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose, other than to the extent necessary to perform the Services, unless a user expressly opts-in to any other use. Reflektive notifies its customers and users regarding what information is collected and how it may be disclosed to third parties in more detail in its publicly available Privacy Policy.
