- Simpplr offers cloud-based employee engagement web application, communication and employee awareness mobile applications and related services ("Services"). We collect Personal Data from users when users voluntarily provide such information, such as name, email and phone number, when users contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services. Simpplr uses the Personal Data users provide in a manner that is consistent with the Privacy Policy published on the website. If users provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if users contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data users provide to answer their question or resolve their problem. Simpplr and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Related Companies”) may also use Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. Simpplr and its affiliates may use this information to contact the users in the future to tell them about services we believe will be of interest to them. If we do so, each marketing communication we send them will contain instructions permitting them to "opt-out" of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time users wish not to receive any future marketing communications or wish to have their name deleted from our mailing lists, they can contact us at [email protected]. Simpplr, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to these requests within 30 days. We may retain such information for as long as the user's account is active or as needed to provide the users the services they are subscribed to, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We do not handle any HR data.
