- Spark Hire provides employment related services to employer customers and staffing customers. Particularly, Spark Hire provides a platform for online video interviewing. At this juncture, Spark Hire only accepts individual consumers as customers who have been expressly invited to use Spark Hire services by one of its employer or staffing company customers ("invited consumers"). Whether by information obtained from invited consumers or through its employer or staffing company customers about consumers, Spark Hire obtains personal information about individuals seeking employment and those using its services on behalf of its customers. This information can include the name, company name (if applicable), email address, phone number, contact information, and any other information provided by the account holder that could identify the account holder. Additionally, Spark Hire may obtain information that would otherwise be considered non-PII could transform into PII (eg employment history, employment position at a company). Spark Hire also records video interviews conducted online. Through these interviews, consumers may provide information about themselves. While not specifically extracted from the videos, the information would be present on the videos themselves. Spark Hire does not sell information it obtains from consumers. Spark Hire does share information about consumers with those specific employer or staffing customer consumers who invited the specific consumer to interview with them. This information is necessarily exchanged as part of the service. Spark Hire also provides access to information to strategic partners who help Spark Hire provide the services (eg customer service, servers, backend support). In short, Spark Hire processes information from consumers to help employers and staffing company customers find matches for employment openings. This includes information about EU consumers.
