- WalkMe processes personal data for the purpose of providing its Services, the ongoing operation thereof and/or for security purposes. WalkMe Services: WalkMe has developed, and owns a Software as a Service (SAAS) digital adoption platform solutions that provide guidance and engagement tools, analytics and automation for web, mobile and desktop applications, simplifying and improving end users' and employees' experience, and increasing user engagement. WalkMe processes and collects the following types of PII from end-users: End-User IP addresses; Web application data: page title and URL; Geolocation (county and city); and analytics data of end-users' usage of the Services (solely based on customer's instruction/configuration). WalkMe's privacy policy describes what personal information WalkMe processes, for what purpose WalkMe collects such information and with which third-parties WalkMe may share such personal information. WalkMe may process and collect personal information when an individual browses on WalkMe's website and i.e. provides its contact information through an ad managed by WalkMe, or when WalkMe's customers' end-users are engaging with the WalkMe services. WalkMe's privacy policy is therefore divided into 3 parts: 1. a general section describing the principles of processing: https://www.walkme.com/privacy-policy/ 2. processing related to WalkMe's customers' usage of the WalkMe Services ("System"): https://www.walkme.com/privacy-policy-system/ 3. processing related to WalkMe's website visitors: https://www.walkme.com/privacy-policy-site/ WalkMe will rely on the Data Privacy Framework when WalkMe processes information from EU based end-users and/or website visitors, and such information will be transferred to WalkMe's US-based sub-processors and WalkMe's US-based affiliate (WalkMe, Inc.). With respect to the information processed through the WalkMe Service, such personal information is limited to end-user IP addresses, Page title and URL and geolocation (only country & city), and email addresses received for the purpose of providing support. Any additional information which may be collected through the usage of the service's special features, as further described in the system privacy policy, will be conducted solely upon documented instructions of the customer and solely to the customer's benefit.
