- Wellable is an employee wellness and engagement solution for employers. As part of the solution, employees have access to health and wellness solutions to improve their health and well-being and engagement with their company. Data elements that may be tracked include physical activity (steps, distance, yoga, etc.), nutrition (meals, snacks, etc.), and event completion (watching a video on healthy sleep, listening to a guided meditation session, taking a quiz, etc.). Wellable does not track health information such as diagnoses, treatment information, medical test results, prescription information, etc. Wellable uses the data to award Wellable Points, which are used to engaging programs where users earn Wellable Points to win prizes, which may or may not be monetary and are determined by the employer. Users of Wellable consent to the Wellable Privacy Policy and Terms of Use prior to accessing the service. After consent, Wellable users have the ability to connect apps and devices to their account to sync their data (e.g., steps). These apps include Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Health. In order to connect their app or device to Wellable, they will need to consent with the app or device provider as well.
