- Yesware is a prescriptive sales platform that integrates e-mail tracking software with Google Workspace, Office 365, Outlook, Salesforce, and other business applications to provide real-time feedback to our customers on how prospects engage with their message. In the course of using Yesware Services, we may collect and store limited personal information from our customers such as name, sender email address, recipient(s) email address, message header, and message subject line. Yesware automatically syncs a subset of data with Salesforce without requiring manual e-mail tagging or alternate addresses. Users elect what data to sync with Salesforce such as prospect name, email address title etc., and the status of prospects. In addition, Yesware utilizes depersonalized statistical information aggregated from our customers to help identify effective sales strategies as part of our prescriptive analytics services.
