- ChannelAdvisor may collect automatically submitted information regarding a visitor's computer and connection, including previous and subsequent URL, IP address and page viewing data. ChannelAdvisor may, on behalf of and at the direction of ChannelAdvisor clients, electronically collect and store certain personal information about ChannelAdvisor's clients' online customers, which may include e-mail, billing and shipping addresses, purchasing information, product information and product order information. In addition, ChannelAdvisor may, on behalf of and at the direction of ChannelAdvisor clients, also collect information about ChannelAdvisor's clients' online customers' bidding, buying and selling histories as well as third party comments regarding ChannelAdvisor's clients' online customers' bidding, buying and selling behaviors. Bidding and buying history may specifically include ChannelAdvisor's clients' online customers' histories with respect to any failure to complete sales on winning bids. As part of a registration or checkout process for certain technology and services that enable ChannelAdvisor clients to market and sell items to their online customers, ChannelAdvisor's clients' online customers may be asked to provide contact and billing information and other personal information. ChannelAdvisor clients and strategic business partners may be required to provide ChannelAdvisor with personal information such as name, title, company name, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank information, username and password. Online employment applicants will be required to upload a resume/CV, desired salary and work authorization status, and provide their name and e-mail address; applicants can optionally include a cover letter and/or information about their social media and communication profiles. When website visitors provide comments or submit a problem to ChannelAdvisor, request information from ChannelAdvisor or respond to special offers, contests or surveys, ChannelAdvisor may collect the visitor's personal information including name, title, company name, physical address, e-mail address and telephone number.
