Scope
Purpose of Data Collection Adzerk is an API-based ad serving cloud platform. Our customers are publishers who use our software tools to build custom ad experiences inside their web apps, mobile apps, and other experiences. Our customers pass information about their viewers to us in order for our systems to choose the most effective ad or promotion. This data usually takes the form of an IP address, web browser user agent string, or contextual keywords. Our customers may also optionally pass or store demographic data about their viewers with us for better targeting. For example, some customers might pass preference information, market segmentation, demographic data, or geolocation data. They can write targeting rules using our system to then target viewers based on that data. We do not mix or aggregate our customer's data. We are in effect a development tool, a decision engine that chooses ads or promotions based on complex rules that our customers configure. We do not process or share data with any other entities.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Kevel GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
