- Minerva CQ – Personal Data Processing and Privacy Statement Bourbaki Intelligent Systems, doing business as Minerva CQ, provides a real-time collaboration platform that assists contact center agents in optimizing customer interactions. The platform is transactional in nature. It does not retain data by default. However, during live sessions, customers may voluntarily disclose personal data—such as: • customer/client names • addresses (physical and email) • phone numbers • Social Security numbers, or their European equivalents. To safeguard such data, Minerva CQ applies a proprietary Name and Entity Recognition (NER) model that identifies and removes personal information from the call transcript in real time. After each session, transcripts are permanently deleted, and any summaries are stripped of all personally identifiable information (PII). Third-Party Disclosures and Purposes Minerva CQ may share personal data with specific categories of third parties under strict contractual and legal controls, including: • Business Process outsourcers – for analytics approved/requested by the end client business being served • Cloud service providers – for real-time infrastructure support • Authorized customer integrations – for connecting with tools such as CRMs • Performance analytics providers – limited to anonymized or aggregated data unless otherwise permitted • Legal or regulatory authorities – when required by law

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Minerva CQ GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
