- 1. Purposes of the processing of personal data: 1.1. As a service provider, Rack-Soft, Inc. processes personal data for the following purposes: ● to complete a transaction; ● to provide future service and support; ● to respond to law enforcement organizations, government officials, or third parties; ● to provide various 4PSA communities with relevant Software alerts and updates; ● to allow access, use and interaction in the 4PSA Community; ● to better tailor marketing campaigns to user needs; ● to keep the clients up-to-date with 4PSA Services and Software; ● to select content; ● to respond to user inquiries and requests for information; ● to provide clients with online newsletters in case they have subscribed to the company’s newsletter or opt-in mailing lists; ● to allow the clients to use the interactive discussions groups and public Community; ● to ensure safety and security; and ● for statistics purposes. 1.2. As a provider of Cloud Services, Rack-Soft, Inc. processes personal data upon instructions and for the benefit of its clients (storage of clients’ data on its servers). 1.3 As an employer/potential employer, Rack-Soft, Inc. processes personal data for recruiting, in order to find the right candidate for a job opening, to assess whether the data subject is a match for the company’s job openings when a candidate applies for such. 2. The types of personal data processed by Rack-Soft, Inc.: 2.1 Personal data of customers’ representatives and visitors of the website www.4psa.com ● Name ● email address; ● telephone number; ● company that the individual represents; ● IP address; ● host addresses; ● (i) date of entry into a contest, answer to specific questionnaire/individual’s performance – in case of a contest plus (ii) selection as winner, prize offered, phone number, postal address, series and number of individual’s ID card – in case of individuals declared winners; ● name (which may be different than individual official name), email address, profile picture and individual location associated with a user account in the 4PSA Community, as well as the personal data associated with the content provided by the users of the 4PSA Community. 2.2 Prospective candidates and/or employees of Rack-Soft, Inc., as applicable ● First name, last name, e-mail address, phone number of the candidate/prospective candidate/intern; ● Any personal data provided in response to the question “Why do you want to join 4PSA?” ● Any other personal data submitted as part of a candidate’s/intern’s resume or job application such as address, work/job history, studies, hobbies, and any other personal data that the candidate/prospective candidate/intern decides to include in his/her resume. ● Any other personal data included in the candidate’s/prospective candidate's/intern’s profile on any recruitment platform or platform that Rack-Soft, Inc. uses to market job openings, such as current job title and profile picture. ● Results of the technical test or a practical test taken by the candidate/prospective candidate/intern, type of personality traits, information disclosed in the interviews with the Rack-Soft, Inc. representatives. 3. The type of third parties to which it discloses such personal information: ● external service providers; ● law enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, legal counsels, external consultants, or business partners; ● the third parties being involved in the merger or acquisition; ● affiliated companies, namely companies owned or operated by Rack-Soft, Inc., or companies that are under common control with Rack-Soft, Inc.
