The Company also currently uses a third party data center but each of the servers housed in such data centers are owned, operated and controlled by the Company. The third party data center has no access to the EU Consumer Data. During the compliance year, CSG also intends to migrate certain of its Ascendon Services to a cloud provider, likely AWS. In such circumstances, CSG will purchase access to AWS servers that store the EU Consumer Data. AWS access to such EU Consumer Data is limited by contract, will be hosted in a location within the EEA, and CSG alone has possession to and controls the encryption keys of such EU Consumer Data. (c) Does Company allow any third party to access EU Consumer Data? CyberSource has no direct access to CSG US systems; instead, required data is passed by CSG US to CyberSource at the time of payment processing. Company transfers the following EU Consumer Data to CyberSource for processing consistent with the Company-CyberSource contract: Name on Credit Card Billing Address on Credit Card Credit Card Number Zip/Postal Code of Billing Address for Credit Card Number (in countries/Regions where such information required/collected) Name of Drawer on E-Check (E-Check only) Bank Account Number (E-Check Only) Routing Number (E-Check Only) E-Check Drawer Billing Address CSG's cloud provider has no direct access to data processed by CSG. All data is transmitted over encrypted communications and stored in cloud storage provisioned for the sole use of and access by CSG.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidence

Questions buyers ask

Is CSG Media GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
