- We collect Personal Data including contact details such as name, email, and phone number in order to market, sell and provide service to customers/clients. We share Personal Data with vendors, third party service providers and agents who work on our behalf and provide us with services, when necessary to complete a transaction initiated or when authorized by the customer/client to provide them with a product or service they have requested. We use cookies to collect website visitor information such as: Type of Browser, page and/or feature selection, certain cookie information, Device type, Device ID, IP Address and associated Location Data. We process this type of data in order to provide our services. We retain Personal Data for as long as a client/customer maintains an open account with us and for 3 years after they close their account. Unific syncs commerce transactional data (not including payment information) between shopping carts and email marketing platforms. Data may include email address, company, phone numbers, shipping/billing addresses, and order history data such as what was purchased. Such personal information is disclosed via the sync to email marketing platforms that the merchant has selected.
