- Airship provides SaaS platform and related services that our customers use to operate aspects of their businesses. These include applications for user engagement, providing notifications via multiple channels, including mobile application based notifications, in-app or browser based notifications, email, mobile wallet passes and voice notifications. In providing access and use of the SaaS platform and related services, Airship processes data our customers submit, upload or instruct us to collect for their business purposes. While Airship's customers, as the data controllers, decide what data to process, it typically includes information regarding users of customers' digital properties, such as mobile applications, websites or emails. Airship uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services to customers, such as transmission of data, storage of data, database monitoring, and related services. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing their services, and Airship maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our obligations under applicable data protection laws and the Data Privacy Framework.
