Due to Privacy Shield and BSI10012, ISO27001, ISO27701 standards, Next4Biz INC. claims to process personal data under defined and with a high level maturity level of information security system life cycle and data protection. Next4Biz INC. collects the personal data of its employees for payroll, health insurance and employment procedures. Besides the employees, online personal data is collected through customer Sign-up or may be collected online by Next4Biz INC.'s customers using the systems and platforms of Next4Biz INC. through cloud environments. Next4Biz INC.'s customers collect their own customers' personal data which are not the responsibility of or scheduled by Next4Biz INC. but placed on Next4Biz INC.'s platforms, processed and accessed by Next4Biz INC.'s customers only. Next4Biz INC. does not process any personal data manually. The systems have their own logging and authentication systems. If there is a need to process data for technical support requests from Next4Biz customers, this data processing is provided with the permission of the institution and the data owner in accordance with the GDPR and other regulations.
