- The personal data comes to our product in both pre-deployment & post-deployments. We have certain de-identification tools through which we recommend our customers remove all PII information. However, there are scenarios in which personal data has to come to our product and also gather from the users themselves. The data is encrypted in transit & at rest. There is field-level encryption as well. We need the data collected so that we can offer that data to our customers to whom the end-users are customers. We do NOT let the PII information leave our premise except to offer to our customers via secure connection.
