- Any personal data we store and process are generated through our cloud-based interactive video feedback software, Lumière®. This software helps video creators (typically in the television, digital, creative agency, and film sectors) solicit viewer feedback on their productions, and to analyze that feedback to determine a) how their videos are performing, and b) what they might do, creatively, to optimize the performance of their videos. We collect, store, and process data from two types of users: 1) Lumière® account holders (our customers): Office address, business name, and names and email addresses of account holders, for account management and login purposes. We also collect diagnostic data from user sessions to help us identify any breaking issues/bugs in our system so we can maintain software quality. 2) Viewers who participate in Lumière activities: Information collected from viewers tends to focus very specifically on their reactions (comments, ratings, question responses) to the video content that they've been asked to watch. Oftentimes, our customers will, for the purpose of analyzing viewers' feedback, ask for information such as age, gender, household income, and other demographic indicators. They might also ask for participants' contact information - for instance, if they wish to invite participants to take part in other video feedback activities at a later date. As with our customers, we also log a variety of diagnostic and performance data during participants' engagement with Lumière® for the purpose of software maintenance and bug flagging. Access to participant data is restricted to parties who have access to the Lumière software, namely Latitude Labs, LLC and customer organizations who pay to conduct video feedback through our software. We do not sell, or otherwise provide access to, any personal data generated through Lumière.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Latitude Labs GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
