Scope
Kustomer collects and processes Personal Information in connection with our online customer relationship management tool which provides a platform for our business customers to manage their customer care / support (our “Services”). The personal information that Kustomer collects and processes is determined by our customers, but typically includes contact details of our customers’ employees and their end users, user data such as order history or support conversations, and technical data such as IP address or browser information of individuals interacting with the Services. We may also use information collected automatically to improve the Services – for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services useful to as many users as possible. Kustomer also uses third party services to help in providing our Services pursuant to contracts that limit access to, use and disclosure of personal information stored or processed as part of the services they provide.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Kustomer GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
